Kick boxing class !
I’m starting a class on Monday. Have any body taken a few classes after having a baby? Do you have before and after pictures I can see?? The only exercising I’ve done in the past year was physical therapy for abdominal muscle separation.(CSection) Hopefully this helps my body tone back up a little and get me in shape.
