Exercise?
So I recently found out we are pregnant, I had planned for the whole new year new me workout routine as I had fallen off the wagon hard over the holidays! I hadn’t been feeling so hot since Christmas and bloated beyond belief, my whole body hurts lol anyways, fast forward to now, I’m over the moon excited on my first pregnancy but I’m scared to workout, as when I had worked out in the past around the time my period was due, it would come! Sounds so silly but I’m scared my increased adrenaline will cause me to miscarry? Any suggestions?
**i see my doctor for the first time on Jan 17. And again to note, first pregnancy :)
