Tylenol- too much?

Question

So I'm 12 weeks and have had occasional headaches this pregnancy. They last a couple of days when I get them and I have to take Tylenol to keep the edge off. So I'm taking Tylenol for like 1-2 days at a time when I get the headaches. I know Tylenol is safe but I feel like I'm taking it more frequently than I did with my daughter. I plan to talk to my doc at my next appt but is this ok??

Well.. the whole first month of my pregnancy I had terrible headaches. I didn’t know I was pregnant at the time because I had my period so I thought it was from that. I was taking like 5 pills of aspirins every single time the headache came on which was everyday. I haven’t taken anything since I found out but I’m going on 30 weeks now and my baby is perfect😂

Theres been so recent studies linking Tylenol use to adhd and autism. Nothing conclusive. And i think taking it excessively is what is causing the possible link. Definitely a good idea to talk to your doctor about it. It’s supposed to be safe in small quantities but idk what that amount is. 
Might be a good idea to also look into the reason behind the headaches, might be better to prevent them than to stop them

I’ve had migraines in early
Pregnancy. My doctor said
To take extra strength Tylenol with some pop(soda). The pop has to have caffeine in it. The caffeine helps with migraines

Honestly Tylenol does nothing for me as far as headaches, try coffee nothing too strong it works almost instantly for me. And personally I feel safer drinking a cup of coffee than taking 2-3 Tylenol’s
