How often do you use your doppler?

At 15 weeks I was feeling a lot of movement and kicks and now I'm 16 weeks and haven't felt anything for at least 3 or 4 days. I used my doppler a couple days ago two times and I heard a strong heartbeat and baby moving around. My husband gets mad when I use it too often but it helps put my mind at ease, especially since I was feeling soo much movement and now absolutely nothing. How often do you use your doppler?

I use it about 2 times a week, unless I’m stressed or have cramping them I use it more.
I had a miscarriage in the summer so hearing the heartbeat calms me down, I can find it within seconds and as soon as I hear it for 30 seconds I stop.

Once every two weeks or so. Even with bleeding the last two days...I didn’t check...just went to the hospital when the bleeding didn’t stop. I use it moreso when I want to feel connected to baby, more than checking in health.

I use mine once a week unless I feel sick or start to get insecure. Then I use it more just to ease my mind. (We had a miscarriage back in March) 
My dr said once or twice a week is fine and no more than 15 mins at a time. But I use it once a week and then maybe 2-3 times more if I’m feeling nervous or something.
