Co Q10 to boost egg quality?!?

Has anyone every used or heard of taking Co Q10? I’ve been told by a couple of people that it helps to boost quality of your eggs. Really want to give this a try.
Just hoping anyone has some advice or experience? Thanks❣️

I use to help with blood flow/blood pressure in general. But once I was tx, it only took me 3 months and everything has gone perfectly so far, despite being high risk. I’ve read lots about how it helps promote blood flow to the egg/uterus, so I say it’s worth a shot.

Yup. Also to improve sperm 
During my ivf cycle I just matured was more eggs.
