Confused

Hey to all of you lovely women! I hope you all are having a wonderful week /weekend. I am just curious is anybody else has ever had this happen... I’ve had two negative pregnancy tests in the doctors office for I haven’t been feeling good. And Thursday o had gone back in due to still not feeling well, and now pains on my right side. Well they did another pregnancy test, urine and then a CBC blood work. And yesterday I had to go in the ultrasounds. There was signs of a embryo from where I could see, just from the pelvic ultrasound, but she did the internal ultrasound, we could hear a heart beat strong and clear and see the rhythm of the heart beats, and on one side where I have had the pains located in the red and blue flow, could see what looked like a massive heart beat and red. I’m praying and hoping that this is another chance of having a baby with my significant other. After the miscarriage back in October. If anybody has experienced this before. Please share to ease my mind. Thank you
