Mommas with two+ children, how did your pregnancies/deliveries compare?

Just trying to figure out what can be expected of weight gain, symptoms, overall delivery, etc when we eventually try for another LO 😊

Following. Had an extremely extended and difficult labour with my first and hoping like heck I won’t have a repeat experience! Interested to see if the general trend is that people birthed the same or had easier/more difficult births

I voted similar. I had an epidural with both & my water had to be "manually" broken with both. But my 2nd came out WAY faster. 
With my 1st I pushed for about 3 hours. Labored total for about 9 hours. 
With my 2nd, I labored for maybe 2 hours & only pushed maybe 5 times. 
They both weighed the exact same & they were relatively similar births. I'd definitely say the 2nd was better though because I knew how to push better & I knew more of what was going on & what I wanted.

My first it was about 9hrs of hard labor (but contractions very slowly started about 7hrs prior..it was night time, so I slept through them and they weren't close yet) & water had to be broken at the hospital. I did get an epidural and I think I pushed for maybe an hour? She was 10 days early..and a perfect 7lbs 4oz. With my second it was so much faster..labored for 4.5hrs, still needed water broken at the hospital..epidural, and she was out quickly..I'd say within 20 minutes of pushing? And she was 6lbs 9oz. They were born at 11:45am & 2:51pm :)

All were completely different in every way with the exception of weight gain. No matter what I did differently I always gained exactly 55 pounds. And I’m petite normally. 5’1” 125 pounds while not pregnant. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Mine we different. The pregnancies were completely different. So was labor and delivery- I was induced with my first and went into labor naturally with second.
