How have people handled jealousy that one side of family may see baby more than other?

Background- We live 10min from in laws and SO coaches basketball with his father and brothers so we see them at least once a week. My family lives 30 min away and has 2 dogs that don’t do well with children and have 3 more dogs moving in. My mother is already in tears she won’t be apart of the babies life as much as my in laws but yet she is unwilling to come to our place.

Baby isn’t even born and I’m already having to send out a text of boundaries to my mother and deal with the drama of them talking about me in front of my SO while I’m out of the room
