Unplanned c section

Wanted to share our story and the importance of advocating for yourself and your baby! We went into get checked out because my baby stopped moving a few nights ago. I am only 36 weeks...On the monitor her heartrate stayed steady but did not have accelerations and movement they had hoped to see. The BPP had a poor score, low fluid and my baby was still not moving. With more testing, our OB decided to take her by c section that night since he was concerned an induction would stress her too much and put her in even more distress. When she came out she was limp initially. She needs iv dextrose to help her sugars stay up otherwise she is happy and healthy! Always speak up for you and your Baby if you feel like something is not quite right! My husband talked me into going in and I am so glad he did!
