My baby was born January 4. I feel like I over feed her only because she spits up a lot and I read that could mean a full tummy. I do burp her and sit her up for about 30 mins before laying her down but now every time I lay her down she spits up. So I introduced the pacifier to her today. And it has worked well but I read that I may have done it too early. Do any breastfeeding moms have any advice or personal experiences to help ease my mind about this or do I need to take the pacifier away from her?
