Does her eyes look red her eyelids are her birth marks but she has a blocked tear duct but I'm just wondering if her eyes look red other then her eyelids?

It is a bit red but that’s normal. My son had the same thing it eventually went away on its own .

Use a warm compress and see if it goes away, if not check it out with Doc
