I was just asked at the hospital and I'm freaking tf out, theyve never asked me that before 😭😭😭 is something wrong????

I’m an ultrasound tech and I ask people to hold their breath all the time. Sometimes breathing moves the image too much and I can’t get the picture or waveform I need. Holding your breath keeps the image still enough to get the information we need.

When I had my dating scan she had my hold my breath to try to capture the heartbeat. I don’t think it’s a big deal or a bad thing!!
