Plan B?

Can someone explain to me how Plan B works? I just had sex and didn’t realize that I started my fertility window today😬 I used a condom but am not on the pill.

It mainly works by delaying ovulation. But, it may also work by thinning ur uterine lining, making it harder for a fertilized egg to implant. That being said, if u used a condom from start to finish & it didn’t break or leak, then ur 98% protected & there’s absolutely no need for Plan b. Those pills are a huge dose of hormones & can affect ur body /cycle for awhile, possibly a few months. So, it’s best to not use unless it’s really necessary.

Lets hope the condom did its job, but if anything I still think you should take the plan B pill as a precaution.I dont want to give you false information, but as far as I know, plan B pills will work best if taken as EARLY AS POSSIBLE. Don't wait too long because the percentage does decrease for success rate. I believe you have up until 5 days so I would purchase it asap. Good luck and I wish you the best!
