Pimple in unfortunate place

I have a pimple or infected hair follicle on the outside of my labia near the vaginal opening. It’s right where the edge of my underwear rubs and it’s excruciating. Plus I’m 30 weeks pregnant so I can’t even look at it. I get these 2-3 times a year and in the past have gone to the doctor for them. Never wound up needing medical treatment but damn they freaking hurt. How can I deal with this??

Edit: yes, I’m sure it’s a pimple or infected hair follicle. Confirmed my my dr. It is not an STD.
