I’ve broken down multiple times in the last two days. I’m currently on CD 20 and have not had a positive OPK. I’ve had a few that looked close, but I haven’t really experienced many symptoms either. DH and I have been BD just in case but something inside me tells me I am not ovulating. I started taking Vitex and Maca last month with my normal metformin and Myo-inositol, but I am just very, very down in the dumps. Anyone experienced anything similar? I’m trying to remain calm but I just feel so useless.
