So we had our gender scan today. Everyone was convinced we was having a girl, my fiancé was desperate for a girl.. scan time, are we ready’ congratulations your having a little...... BOY! Massive shock! However, I’m quite happy. My partner on the other hand is devastated, he won’t even talk to me or even look at me. We are due to fly to Barbados on Tuesday to spread my dads ashes as he passed away in October😭 but I can’t get 2 words out of him, he won’t even look at the scan pictures of him. I get his upset of course but it’s not my fault and I feel like he’s blaming me. I guess the reason for me posting is to get some advice, will my partner get over this? Or will he distance himself and not want anything to do with me or our boy 😢
