Dairy and Soy free options
So I’m not vegan so this might not be the right place to post this, but I was wondering if anyone knew of good dairy free things such as cheese, sour cream, ice cream, etc. that was also soy free. I’ve just recently found out that I’m allergic to soy on top of my dairy allergy. I know daiya cheese is soy free but is it any good? Thanks for any help!
