When is my turn??

Question

Feels like everyone due in Feb are having their babies in Jan and I’m here like still got 7 weeks to go!! 
Excited for everyone but I’m done being pregnant, he is low and has been head down since 28 weeks and I’ve only had one brief episode of braxton hicks. 
I don’t want anything to happen until at least 35 weeks but oh my, I’m jealous of others meeting their babies earlier than expected.
For all the people who think 35 weeks is ‘too early’, firstly I have not said I want baby to be born at 35 weeks, only I don’t want anything to happen until AT LEAST 35 weeks! I have personal experience of at least 2 pregnancies that ended at 35 weeks and both babies are perfectly healthy in fact one of the babies is 30 years old in a few weeks! I also have personal experience of pregnancies reaching ‘term’ and ending in still birth because the baby was left for too long and the placenta killed the baby! So please don’t preach about baby needs to be there until term! If you don’t like what I have expressed then please scroll past and I wish you all the best with your 37+ week babies but I won’t be shamed for saying I am comfortable if baby was to be born at 35 weeks.

I’m due Feb 11th and I think about this every dayyy, like if we could just skip January and go right into February, that’d be great lol everybody’s like “my baby’s dropped!” and I’m like “my son feels like he’s more up in my chest now instead of down in my pelvis” lol trying to be patient is hard when you’re so uncomfortable all the time 😭

It will be your turn when baby has reached at least TERM at 37 weeks :/ I understand it’s uncomfortable but we’re all in the same boat.

Why would you or anyone want their baby to come at “at least 35 weeks”. That’s too early! I had my first at 38 weeks and a few days, and I’m hoping I make it til at least 38 weeks again. It would freak me out having my baby earlier than that cause I want to be sure my baby is healthy and ready. And I’m willing to be uncomfortable for longer in order for baby to come when she is ready and well cooked.

I’m due Feb 11 - baby hasn’t dropped, still have my mucus plug, no Braxton Hicks. I feel you! But they’ll come when they’re ready 😊

I’m due on the 5th so only 30 more days for me and I haven’t had a single Braxton Hicks contraction or nothing so I definitely feel your pain.

I didn’t know until I started having complications how it’s more dangerous to go full term in some cases. My doctor says it won’t be healthy for me or baby to go until 40 weeks.

I think for whatever reason a lot of women in our group are due the beginning of February. Babies can come early or I know some women have been induced or go for scheduled c sections at 37 weeks for medical reasons.
