Baby hair cut

Any mommas out there cut their baby’s hair before they need a full hair cut? My daughter is nearly one soon and has long hair, it’s a blessing I know but her bangs fall in her face and stay there all the time. I’m constantly pushing them to the side or pulling her hair back. The only thing that’s keeping me from trimming them is everyone freaking out on me that I have her her “first hair cut” without actually cutting anything more than her bangs 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
