How do you soothe your anxiety?

Hi ladies,

I’ve been on Xanax for a bit for my anxiety and I’m worried I’ll become dependent on it so I’ve been trying to take it less, but I still am having anxiety attacks. What do you ladies do/use for your anxiety?

Does 5HTP/GABA/St. Johns Wort/OTC “natural remedies” actually work? Any experiences with those?
