I've been getting really bad abdominal pain and sharp pain just above my pubic bone to the left side for the past few weeks. I've also been feeling sick and getting lower back pain. I've been to A&E cause the pain got so bad and they took bloods and a urine sample that came back fine. They told me to see my GP and get him to refer me for an ultrasound on my abdomen. When I went to see him he basically just said "oh you don't need that", gave me painkillers and told me to wait 10 days to see how the pain goes. I'm starting to worry cause this can't be normal. Has anyone had this kind of problem before? And if so what did it end up being? I've been reading online about ovarian cysts but I don't know if I'm reading too much into it. This is driving me crazy!
