I need some hope. Anyone out there who is overweight and successfully gotten pregnant without losing an exuberant amount of weight? I'm 270. My doctor won't help at all, no testing, nothing.

I'm 243 lbs and I'm pregnant with my second baby. It took me 37 months of trying to conceive. If you're worried about your weight, try speed walking for 30 mins before dinner. And then measure your food. Sometimes it's not what you're eating but how much you're eating. Look up appropriate sizes for food and try to eat smaller sizes more often.
