Hiccups every day after 32 weeks?

I’m 34 weeks and my son gets hiccups at LEAST two times a day sometimes 5 times. Aren’t they supposed to slow after 32 weeks? Do I need to worry about the umbilical cord?

Nope. They will have hiccups up until birth. That is how they practice breathing.

There was ONE study done. On sheep. I would not stress about hiccups but mention it to your OB and let them reassure you.
