I think my son may be autistic

So my baby is 1 and a half. He holds his ears alot, bites me all the time, doesnt talk except saying mama or dada and he gets very irritated and cries over even getting his diaper changed. He is also very attached to stuffed animals and blankets. I'm in help me grow and they said he might be on the autism spectrum so I'm really freaking out

Edit: I forgot to add he doesnt know how to wave hi or bye or "give hugs". Also doesnt make much eye contact
