Is it still considered a contraction when your whole belly is hard and tight but you feel no pain?

Could be Braxton Hicks contractions. It's common to hay them in the third trimester. It's like your body practicing for the real thing. Nothing to worry about unless you think you're actually in labor. If you're actually in labor, the timing between them should be equally spaced and gradually get closer together.
If they're Braxton Hicks contractions, they'll probably be at random intervals and come and go.

Yes! I didn’t “feel” my contractions or go to the hospital until I was 7 centimeters dilated with my first even though the doctor said I was having contractions and 4 cm dilated the day before. I guess I didn’t know what to expect so I had all the back labor and I took it until I couldn’t bear it. Now I know!

It's possible! I was having contractions when I was in the hospital on Wednesday and didn't even know it. But my belly was super hard.

I keep having the painless tight belly and the pain that feels like menstrual cramps along with back cramps but they're all so random and happens all throughout the day. Ugh its exhausting I cant wait to go into active labor.. 😓
