Keto help???
I’ve seen so many stories, about weight loss on the Keto diet. I’ve briefly looked into it, but not too much. It confuses me. I’m someone who needs a book in front of me, telling me step by step. How many pieces of meat, what time. Every detail. I’m wanting to start, but its also hard living with someone else who has no interest in Keto. Tips? Meal plans? Anything? Thank you!!!
