Eczema questions

My 17 month old has had eczema for a while now. Nothing extreme just feels rough. At first it was only on her back, now its on her butt cheeks, back thighs, back of her arms and now on her torso. We have been using baby Aveeno eczema lotion for her. I will admit sometimes we cant find it and she will go a day or two without that brand and then her skin will come back hard. So how do you take care of eczema skin?

How often do they get a bath? She gets one every night. Is that too much? Please help.
