Maternity leave UK

Hoping someone can help me as I’m so confused about annual leave and maternity leave and can’t seem to find anything online.

By the time I’m due to have baby (24th August) I’ll still have just over two weeks annual leave to take.

I was curious to know if I could start my annual leave around 12th August, then after that’s finished my maternity start?

I don’t know how it works, would I be able to be on “annual leave” on my due date..

and if the baby is born within the annual leave will it cancel out my holidays and start maternity leave?
