Alright y’all! I need some major motivation to keep to my exercise/diet this year. Several years ago I lost 50 pounds in three months for my wedding and the job I was getting but I worked my ass off. My husband was gone at the time (military) so it was easy but now I’m trying to lose weight but it’s sooooo hard with him around. I love him but he is not helpful 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ he can eat whatever and because he PT’s everyday he doesn’t gain weight. So any way I’m almost back up to 200 lbs and I need some help getting back down to at least 150. I’m starting a new job at the end of the month and have to pass a PT test again so I need to up my game. Any words of encouragement or pictures to inspire?

Top was at 192, bottom was at 142.
