Sick & Pregnant!!!???

I'm 21 Weeks I got a cold and here in Palmdale California is hot it like 98 degrees outside...
I got the cold because my husband turns the air conditioning on and one of the air vents hits my face so after talking a nice cold shower the air hits my face and I woke up feeling so bad...
What Can I Take For My Cold!?!?!? 😓😑😞😥

I wouldn't take anything but try getting a humidifier, the air becomes dry when the air conditioner is on,so  a little wet vapor helps clean out those passages. :D
