Dogs predicting labor?

Sooo I was wondering if anyone's dog or pets predicted when you were going to go into labor? I'm 39 weeks and my dog has been following me around my whole pregnancy. Tonight he has been sitting there and staring at me and whining. He did it for a couple hours straight and then stopped. My other dog was also sitting there and staring at me but she does that a lot lol. I'm down to hear some stories!! :)

My dogs didn't tell me exactly when I was in labor, but in the days leading up to it, they became extra clingy and protective of me. One of the dogs always sleeps in the bathroom connected to the bedroom and the other sleeps outside. One night they both slept on the floor next to my side of the bed and the following night they both slept on the bed with my husband and I. I was in labor the next night.

I'm a FTM so don't know from experience but we had a dog trainer come out a few weeks back and he told me that one of our two (the one I'm closer with) would likely tell me. He said that my pooch would most likely sniff me a lot in the run up and then not leave my side and just kind of wait expectantly (kind of like when he knows we are getting ready to take him on a walk but haven't asked him). The other he said would probably want a lot of fuss off me but then avoid me like the plague as she is very sensitive. I don't know how true it will be as I'm only 33 weeks so I'll have to wait and see but that's what I've been told 😊

My guys were a little more clingy in the days leading up to my labor but they didn't give me extra warnings the day it started.

My dog has been acting weird too the last week. He has to follow me everywhere and make sure he lays right by me at night. I definitely think he knows something's up.
