Help! Frequent Small Meals!
Been looking at Pinterest and loving the idea of the 6 small meals a day plan. 3 months pregnant with baby #1 and big meals are too much food, but I get hungry about every 4 hours when I eat small (cereal, yogurt). I go to the grocery store and immediately get cold feet because I worry so much food might go to waste.
My biggest questions to you are:
1. How do you keep cost and waste down?
2. Any tips on preserving fruit/veggies for longer?
3. How many options do you plan out?
