I wanted a loose wave and she gave me super tight spirals. it’s always frizzy, always tangled, and no matter what I do- no product, leave in conditioner, mousse, gel, etc.- it just won’t cooperate.

i hated it as soon as she was done, but i didn’t have the heart to tell her i didn’t like it, so I just showered immediately when I got home, but it won’t wash out 🤦🏻‍♀️

It’s been about a month and I’ve washed it once every day/every other day and it doesn’t seem to be coming out at all. (Plus my hair has started to FALL OUT in huge chucks but it’s possible that’s more related to stress than the perm 🤷🏻‍♀️ idk)

I don’t want to damage my hair even more by getting it permanently straightened, but i want these curls GONE.

Does anyone have any natural/minimally harmful solutions?

I could use tips to tame the curls as well, but I’d love to know how to get rid of them completely 🙃🙃
