Too soon?! Positive?

I just got off of letrozole 2.5 mg for days 3-7. So I finished the last pill on CD7. I took an OPK today, CD8, just to get an idea of what it was looking at so I’d know when to BD and it looked like this! Is this too soon? I’m scared it’s a false positive but I’m not sure.
