Okay mama's I need some help/advice. My husband was employed by captain d's Friday before he quit due to the nature of the situation I'm about to explain. I went in to captain d's Friday after my interview at village inn to eat. After getting my food and sitting down, my husband's manager came out and told me congrats and went on to conversate about something prematurely happening and how my unborn baby (20weeks pregnant) was conceived by precum. I look at this as I'm a customer not just an employee's spouse. He has also made other comments about how he loves me and jokes about dicks and things. I have been told by other employees of captain d's that women have quit there due to him joking sexually with them. My husband has pictures of anal beads and a vibrator in the drawer of the prep table there as well as copies of the schedule where it is only my husband's manager and one female in the store every day alone for hours.. the assistant manager knew about this situation and didn't do anything. We tried to contact the owner but he's too busy to deal with this.. what do I do? How should I approach a lawyer with this?
