Coffee addicts!? What’s safe when TTC

I am a coffee addict!! Minimum of 3/4 cups a day usually. However I have been slowly cutting back the last few months as I knew my DH and I would be ttc come 2019. My parents also gifted us with the amazing Ninja coffee bar for Christmas this year....so I’m sure you know how bad my coffee senses are blowing up right now! 😭 Haha 
Just wondering what I should truly be doing while ttc - cut it out completely, or is it safe to have a cup a day? (I’m really trying to keep the coffee to work days only)

Idk the amount of coffee, as I don't drink coffee. but I've heard 200mg of caffeine is the safe limit

I drank coffee, same as you about 3/4 cups when ttc. I’m now pregnant and still drink about two cups of coffee. Personal preference!

You can still do everything you were already doing while TTC.

It really matters on how much caffeine is in each cup. I am cutting back as well.

I work in a coffee shop and have watched women drink coffee every day of their pregnancy. 200mg is the recommended limit.

Do you like decaf? I actually have a caffeine allergy and drink decaf on occasion or root beer or another caffeine free pop if that’s what I’m craving.
