When to tell boss about IVF?

I have told her I will be doing IVF in the next few months and she said that’s not a problem and we can change my schedule accordingly. I start birth control when i get my January period (about 1/24). I have my nurse consult 1/28 when I will get the calendar. Idk when I should tell my boss. I guess It won’t be definite until I get my calendar? But maybe i won’t pass the baseline appt and will have to wait another month...haha clearly I’m all over the place

Why tell her now when you don't have the schedule tell her after you get your schedule appointments

Depending on your schedule it is possible to schedule monitoring super early. That is something to ask the clinic you're going to so you can plan ahead but it is impossible to plan when the ER will be because that depends on your response.  You will have 36 hours notice though before the retrieval so you can work with your boss that way but like you said that is in amost 2 months from now so you have time.

Honestly, take the month off if you can. Your dates can change if your bloodwork or sonogram is a little off. Everything in this process is very tentative. I was there almost every other day the last week - 10 days. I was called the night before a few times to come in the next morning. It’s not a set schedule. Good luck!
