Would you ladies like to start a fitness group?

Hello beautiful ladies from all over! I’m a mother of 3 young children. With my first 2, I always popped back into my pre - pregnancy body within a year. Well not this time... after I had my 3rd I did not lost any of the fat I gained and she’s almost 2 years old. In the first pic, I was 1 year PP with my 2nd child and weighed about 105. In the 2nd pic, I am currently 127 lbs, the same weight I was when I birthed my 3rd child.

Now do I expect to go back to my old shape? Of course not, that was 5 years ago. But... do I want to get in shape and feel my best and look my best and be healthy?? Hell yes!

I’m asking for anyone who is interested to join me! Let’s start the year off right! We can all check in on this post daily or weekly and let each other know our progress and our daily routines and also post pics and most of all... encourage and motivate each other! 💪

Now being a mother of 3, the only time I can go to the gym is 3 in the morning before my husband leaves for work at 4:30 😳 it’s going to be a struggle but I’m really going to push myself. I also plan to walk on my breaks. Now...
