Hey gals, Ive been working out regularly. Usually everyday besides sunday for an hour or so. Sometimes i work out twice a day. I have PCOS. I started out at 272, then wemt up to 278, then down to 272, then down to 267. I weighed this morning at 6 am after breakfast and my cardio workout. I was at 267. I havent eaten anything since about 4:30 am today, and Im back at the gym doing low impact walking on the treadmill. I pooped before I got to the gym, and I weighed on my way in and im 280 now. I weighed like 3 times to make sure it was correct. The time is 10:15 am. Im getting really frustrated :( what am I doing wrong?? Why is this fluctuating so bad???
