Hello beautiful people,
I am a 5'5 girl and I currently weigh 148. I am just wondering what are some ways that you have lost weight and kept it off. I want to lose at least 10 pounds to feel comfortable in my own skin.
To start off, I have lost weight before, starting at 195 pounds about 6 years ago, got down to 120 (which I felt that was too much for what my body type is) then gained almost 30 pounds back.
It's been a struggle trying to fight the food cravings, but still proud that I have come at least this far. When I weighed 138-140 I felt the best that I could ever feel about myself and I really want it back!
