Any advice helps (rant)

Like 5 yrs ago I went through a hard anxiety time. My panic attacks come as my throat closing up & making me wanna gag. Everything I would smell or see food or just walking caused me that feeling. I’m now 9 weeks pregnant & I had a very stressful situations one after another since the day I found out about it. Once everything was getting fixed, my body started having really bad anxiety, for every little thing my throat wants to close up on me again & make me gag. It has happened already & it has never been because I’m nauseous or anything. I was able to do some stress relief & my anxiety has came down drastically, it’s just that tightness in my throat that it’s still there. Yesterday i was with my SO & i noticed i was able to control it but when I’m alone it’s harder which makes me feel like is something that’s in my mind. Do you think this would be related to my anxiety more than the pregnancy?
