Anyone know why every time I get up today I get dizzy?

I’m 9w1d and for some reason today feel dizzy every time I get up not sure if I’m getting up to fast or what is going on. Felt like I was gonna fall over twice this morning hasn’t happened since just the dizzy feeling. Hmmmm? Thoughts?

Your blood vessels are opening up in anticipation of all of the extra blood you’ll be making soon.  Drink tons of water to increase your volume and your BP will raise up to make you less dizzy

I'm the same here, I'm 20 weeks but these past 2 weeks if I get up fast or if I'm walking around for a long time I get really bad dizzy spells, even if I drink something fast 😫

Anyone know why every time I get up today I get dizzy?
