My dr asks you wear a mask and use their hand sanitizer (I usually bring my own hand sanitizer though)

My OB has a second entrance for when you are sick you call when you arrive and they let you in the back door. I was told to always come sick or not. They give you a mask to wear. OB appointments are important for the baby and your health
