Induction with no dilation?

I’m currently 36 weeks and 5 days. I had a prolonged headache that wouldn’t subside with Tylenol, so doctor made me come in.. BP was 140/78 (I was induced with my first at 38.6 weeks due to preeclampsia), doctor has put me on bedrest until I am re-evaluated Friday at my appointment..

My question is.. Has anyone else gone through this?

If so, did the bedrest help?

I’m wondering about being induced only cause when he checked me yesterday, I’m still not dilated.

If you’ve been through something similar before:

- How was labor?

- How far along were you when they decided to go ahead and induce?

- What was your BP if it was for hypertension or preeclampsia?

- What were your symptoms?

My headache is STILL lingering on and off today, and I’m feeling super dizzy 🙄😭
