So I absolutely do not want an induction. I believe baby will come when he is ready. However I understand the risks of going past 41-42 weeks. I asked my dr about her induction method and she said she does an oral dose of cytotec at 25 mg. I’ve read bad things about this drug and obviously know it’s not FDA approved for induction. So my question is how many of yalls doctors use this drug to induce as opposed to cervadil? I have not had any cervical checks so I don’t know what my score would be. We haven’t talked other options but I think she is opposed to sweeps based on our conversation. Opinions please! And what was your experience with cytotec if y’all had it?
