You can relax that’s absolutely normal, no joke mine was that size at 5weeks so it’s all progressing well for you! ☺️

Yes, there wouldn’t be anything to see at 4 weeks

They usually dont do ultrasounds until 6 weeks. So they can detect a heartbeat. Also because you can hardly see anything before 6 weeks. I’m 5 weeks and 3 days my baby is as small as a chocolate chip.
