Hi my brother and his girlfriend were expecting identical twin boys

last year they were due Nov 1st. Well they got ttts stage 4 and it was already affecting their hearts and brains baby B was the donor twin and baby A was starting to show signs of passing from to mich fluid on his heart and brain so they sent her in for surgery and everything looked to be going better. But sadly about 2 weeks later at 25 weeks baby B passed. And they noticed baby A had a heart defect. Well she went into labor at 33 weeks and delivered them. Baby A was 3lbs 2 oz. And had to be in the nicu for 2 months now he is home. And has been for about 2 months and he cries nonstop he has had to have to heart procedures. But they are at a breaking point I guess they also have a 20 month old. So I'm just asking if anyone has advice for them? And do you think that twins that were only together for such a short time feel the loss of the deceased twin. THANKS for any advice.. and just a few pictures of him cause I'm a proud aunt and just love him to pieces!
