Ok so my daughter has an ear infection. I should have been more careful with this and I need to know if I'm doing the right thing.

About every 3.5 hours I have given my daughter motrin today, come to find out that should be given every 6 to 8 hours ! And to alternate tylenol and motrin every 3 hours is safe.. well now that I have already given her the max of 4 doses for the day of motrin... after about 4 hours from last dose of motrin I just gave her tylenol .. I'm worried that I maybe have over done it and have given her to much medicine.. I have severe anxiety and OCD so I have been googling and freaking out ever since.. I feel like a bad mom for not paying more attention to this :( anyone have any advice or experience?
