i was just curious if any of you ladies have ever tried to? or successfully lost weight and i wanna know what you guys did to do it☺️
i’m not insanely over weight, i’d say maybe 15-20 pounds over what i’m supposed to be for my height and age. i’ve lost about 6-7 pounds from what i’ve been doing now but i want to explore other options ❤️
