Slow labour 😔 give me some encouragement please ❤️

So after 4 precipitous labours I am now in slow labour with no5!

Woke with lower back and lower bump pain and thought I needed a wee. Went to the loo thinking it would ease the pain but came back and it was still the same. Constant. So asked for a back rub from OH. Worked a little bit then they started to be rhythmic and last for over a minute and I couldn’t sleep anymore so I got up for a cup of tea and here we are hoouuurrrssss later and I’m having the odd Braxton hick again 😒. Hurry up baby!
